Return & exchange
Unworn and unused items in original condition and in original packaging may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 30 days of order receipt. Return or exchange may be made in person to our Sydney office (by appointment only) or by post. Please contact us so we may assist you: customerservice@epokecopenhagen.com
Exchange
If you like to exchange your purchase, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. The item from the original order must be returned prior to a new order being processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed. As Epoke Copenhagen is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return your purchase using registered mail.
Change of mind
If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will be given a store credit to the same value once the item has been received by us, and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. As Epoke Copenhagen is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return your purchase using registered mail.
Faulty items
If the shoes are faulty, we will require photo proof. Upon receipt of that we will provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return the shoes. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. Once the faulty or incorrect item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.
Refund
If you have requested a refund we will notify you once your refund has been processed. Orders will be refunded via PayPal to the same credit card (or Paypal account) that you used when you made the purchase.
